Connecting for the First Time
When you first open Podo, it will be in "deep sleep" mode. Before you first use it, plug your Podo into a power source and charge it for approximately an hour.
Step 1: Download the Podo App
Step 2: When you launch the app, you will be brought to the connection screen (shown below). Make sure your Bluetooth is on, and that you have granted all permissions to the app. When your Podo is charged and in Bluetooth range, it will show up under "New Podos". It will be named PodoXXXX, the last four characters will be random numbers or letters.
Once your phone detects Podo, it will continue the connection process. For Android users, no further steps are required.
Step 4 (iOS only): A "Select An Accessory" menu will pop up and list Bluetooth devices nearby. Wait for your Podo device's name to appear and then tap it one final time. This step may take a while as iOS runs through its own connection procedure.
Connecting the Second Time
After connecting once, your Podo will now be found under a list titled "My Podos." To connect, just tap Podo's name and wait a few seconds!
